We ask that for security purposes that only one person contact us
concerning this feature. We will not accept any calls from
any employee concerning opening & closing on the account, unless
prior authorization given.
To make changes to your account, to add or delete users, you must
fax or email your request.. We will not make account changes
over the telephone, it MUST be in
writing. You may also request the changes using the form
online.
Please assign key holders* with codes that are easy for them to
remember because we will not give them their codes if they forget.
Each time any of your key holders un-arm the system, their code
will be recorded and the time they entered and same at closing, the
person that arms the system at closing, their code will be recorded
and the time they closed the facility. This applies to each
and every time your system is armed and unarmed.
Reports are generated on the 1st and 15th of each month. If
you wish for your report to be mailed or faxed to a different address,
be sure to let us know. You can obtain reports at your request
anytime during the month as well.
To receive reports via email, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader. You
can download this program by clicking on the button below. Follow
directions given there and you should be set!
